Lisa Ho - project organiser of Tiny Toones tour to NZ met up with CCNZ members last Thursday to ask for help and support from the Khmer Community in regards to the project.
Tiny Toones is a youth organisation that aims to improve children’s livelihoods in Cambodia by providing a safe and positive environment for at-risk youths to channel their energy and creativity into the arts and education in order for them to build self-confidence, and have better employment opportunities.
Part of their vision is for all youths in Cambodia and beyond to live healthy lives free of HIV and drugs, and to realize their potential through educational and creative opportunities, so that they can pursue their dreams and become positive leaders of tomorrow.
