Currently, there are three volunteers working for the radio programme.
A producer of Khmer community radio since 1999, Norina is a soccer player with goals. One of those is to bring the news of what is happening back home to the New Zealand Cambodian community …and have fun doing it. He is panel operator, presenter and producer who is a home-care health worker. |
The year the programme began, Socheat arrived in NZ. Since 2006 she has been helping Norina with the show. Her work with the Citizens’ Advice Bureau links well with her radio work where she enjoys bringing a lot of knowledge and support to the NZ Cambodian community. |
Someda is a student who has been helping fellow presenters with the presentation of news in Khmer language since September 2008. To relax from her business studies she likes to read magazines, watch fantasy movies, cook and eat Khmer food. A family visit to France was her first time away from Cambodia and she now joins her sister in NZ. |
This radio programme has been funded and supported by Cambodian Community in New Zealand (CCNZ), especially the Khmer Community living in Auckland. We can not thank you enough for your generous support. We strongly hope that you will continue to assist us to keep our radio running.
